Dusshera symbolizes the victory of good over evil. It shows the importance of truth and righteousness. On this auspicious occasion, S D M college of physiotherapy organized “RAMTI RATRI” – a Garbha and dandiya event. The event was organized by the Final year BPT students on the occasion of Dusshera on 01.10.2022 at the physiotherapy college premises. Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan Kumar (Executive Director and Member of BOG of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad) was the guest of honor for the event.

The event was formally inaugurated by aarti by Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan Kumar, Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor, of Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara University, Dharwad, Dr. S. K. Joshi, Pro Vice Chancellor (Academics), SDM University, Shri Jeevandhar Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor (Administration), SDM University, Dr. C.M. Shettar, Registrar, SDM University. Dr. Sunil. K. M, Principal, SDM College of Physiotherapy, Dr. Sanjay Parmar, Vice Principal, SDM College of Physiotherapy. UG’s, PG’s, Interns, Teaching and Non-teaching staff of the institute participated in the event. Dr. Sudhir Bhatbolan, Associate Professor and Dr. Sweta Kulkarni, Professor had organized the event.
