A free Mega Health Check-up Camp conducted on the occasion of International Women’s Day

An event by the IMA Women Doctors Wing in association with Rotary Club of Seven Hills and Rotary Club Dharwad Heritage on 10-03-2023 between 9am to 1pm for the Women Pourakarmikas and Asha workers at Alur Venkatarao Sabha Bhavan, Dharwad.

Dr. Jyoti Jeevannavar, Professor, Ms. Neeta Hebballi, Ms. Nutan Patravali, Ms. Esha Kamat & Ms. Varshini R attended the same. Around 200 Pourakarmikas and 150 Asha workers were expected to take benefit of the event. Approximately 280 women were screened for various health related issues while 156 women took the benefit of services provided at the Physiotherapy station managed by the team from SDM College of Physiotherapy.

All the women were screened for BMD, Thyroid levels, RBS, HbA1C and BP. The event also included General Physician, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedic and Physiotherapy consultations.
