SDM College of Physiotherapy proudly organized a spectacular three-day Students' Cultural Fest - Kriva-2025, from 29th to 31st May 2025.

With the theme "Panchatatva – The Essence of Existence," the fest celebrated the five elements through an impressive showcase of student talent across music, dance, fashion, and more.

The grand inauguration was held on 28th May 2025, graced by distinguished dignitaries including Guest of Honour Dr. Niranjan Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Smt. Padmalatha Niranjan, Executive Director, SDMCMS&H and BOG Member, Shri Saketh Shetty, Director – Administration, Shri V. Jeevandhar Kumar, Pro Vice Chancellor, Dr. Chidendra M. Shettar, Registrar, Dr. Sanjay Parmar, Principal, along with Principals, Vice-Principals, Heads of Departments, and members of the SDM family.

Chief Guest Mr. Vishwanath Haveri, noted music composer and lyricist, set the stage ablaze with a mesmerizing live performance, exuding charisma and artistic flair. He was joined by the dynamic student performers Mr. Abhay (Intern) and Mr. Nitish, further elevating the energy of the evening.

The event commenced with a soulful invocation song by Ms. Vrindha, followed by a warm welcome address by Dr. Sangeeta Appannavar, honoring all the dignitaries. Ms. Chandani delivered a graceful and well-articulated introduction of the Chief Guest, Mr. Vishwanath Haveri, setting the tone for the evening. Mr. Nitish presented the concept behind the Kriva 2025 logo, while Ms.Siddhi elaborated on cultural theme and heritage.
The function was expertly anchored by Ms. Lalita and Mr. Hardik, ensuring a seamless flow of the program.

A major highlight was the vibrant and high-octane Huli dance performance by Dr. Sudhir Bhatbolan and team, whose synchronized energy and cultural expression captivated the audience.

Mr. Vedang concluded the ceremony with a heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the Vice Chancellor, all dignitaries, and contributors from across departments for their unwavering support.

Kriva-2025 emerged as a vibrant celebration of cultural diversity, unity, and youthful exuberance, leaving behind unforgettable memories and a renewed spirit of togetherness.
