Navratri was celebrated with an atmosphere of joy and devotion, marked by the traditional "Garba" dance as students spun and danced to embrace the auspicious spirit of the festival.

The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Guest of Honour- Honourable Vice- Chancellor Dr. Niranjan Kumar, and Chief Guest- Mrs. Padmalatha Niranjan, Executive Director and Member of the Board of Governors. Adding to the event’s dignity were Finance Officer V.G.Prabhu and Dr. Sanjay Parmar, Principal of SDMCPT. Ms.Chandani Adresha being Master of ceremony extended warm greetings to all dignitaries, setting a tone of gratitude and festivity for the evening.

Students from each academic year participated enthusiastically in Garba competition, which was judged by Dr. Naidila Jain, Mrs.Meena Shah, Mrs. Asha Deshpande and Mrs. Geeta Shanbhag. The final-year BPT students of SDM University, Batch of 2021, organized the beautiful evening filled with excitement and joy under the guidance of, Vice-Principal Dr. Rajeev Lal, and Cultural Coordinator Dr. Sangeeta Appannavar.

This vibrant evening embodied the collective joy and gratitude, coming together to honor tradition and invoking the blessings of Goddess Durga for the journey ahead.
